Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day on request: Start times between 8am–2pm (must end latest 7pm). Your tour will be approximately five hours
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025
• Pick-Up Locations: Metro LA and Orange County locations only. Includes but not limited to: Anaheim Resort Hotels, Beverly Hills, Long Beach and San Pedro Cruise Terminals, Redondo Beach, Manhattan beach, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, LAX Hotels, Marina Del Rey, Huntington Beach, Hollywood, Universal, Downtown LA, Newport Beach
• Make sure to choose the departure location that is nearest to you and arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some stops may need to be removed to accommodate travel time. Refunds do not apply for late arrivals and no-shows, so please plan accordingly

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, tour narration, entry fees to attractions, optional gratuities
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• This is not a guided tour. Guests must curate their own itinerary. Driver does not provide narration

• Please allow up to five hours for this experience, including pick-up and drop-off time. Additional hours are available on request at a surcharge; guests must call at least 48 hours in advance to book

Terms & Conditions:

• Child/Infant seats: Please be aware that child safety seats are not supplied. California State Law requires children under the age of 8 must be secured in a child safety seat. Please be sure to bring one and install it in the vehicle. When booking your shuttle, please provide the exact number of passengers in your party and reserve that many seats accordingly
• Maximum six passengers (including children and infants) applies to all charters
• All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Partial refunds do not apply if any charter is ended early by guests, chosen itinerary stops were not available due to unforeseen circumstances, or guests were ineligible to enter chosen attractions due to failure to meet requirements
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability. Image has been provided as an example only
• Bookings that exceed charter time may be subject to additional surcharges
• Late arrivals will shorten charter time. No-shows voids offer
