Ubud Mas Glamping is located in the foothills of Ubud, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. It’s a 20-minute drive from Ubud’s town centre, where visitors can explore the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, Ubud Palace and vibrant Ubud Art Market. Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave) is only a 15-minute drive away, while further afield, you can also find the picturesque rice terraces like Tegallalang.

The hotel is located approximately a 90-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are included in select packages, please see the Fine Print for details and plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Daily a la carte breakfast at Lacoo Restaurant or in villa is available from 7am to 10.30am.
• Lunch and dinner is served at Lacoo Restaurant. Two-course set menu lunch is available from 12pm to 3pm. A la carte dinner is available from 7pm to 10pm.
• Daily afternoon tea is served at Lacoo Restaurant rooftop or in villa from 4pm until 6pm.
• Nightly cocktail, house wine or mocktail is served at Lacoo Restaurant rooftop from 6pm to 7pm.
• Massages are provided at Soleil Spa and must be booked 24 hours in advance.
• Complimentary minibar is replenished daily and includes soft drinks, water, juice and snacks.
• Daily seasonal fruits are delivered to your glamping villa.
• Complimentary personal transfer to Ubud is from 8am to 6pm and must be booked in advance. This vehicle can accommodate three people.
• Floating breakfast for two guests is served by the private pool in villa and must be booked 24 hours in advance (select packages only).
• Romantic dinner is served by the private pool in villa and must be booked 24 hours in advance (select packages only).
• Balinese group cooking class is held in the garden of Lacoo Restaurant. Guests cook authentic Balinese dishes and must be booked 24 hours in advance (select packages only).

One-Way OR Return Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A one-way private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
