Raffles Seychelles is set on the north‑eastern shore of Praslin Island, Seychelles, overlooking the white sands and calm turquoise waters of Anse Takamaka beach. A short drive or boat ride from the resort brings you to world‑famous beaches like Anse Lazio and Anse Georgette, while the UNESCO‑listed Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve lies within easy reach for a half‑day adventure. The hotel is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Praslin Island Airport (PRI). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Tourism Fee: Please note, a SCR100 Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy Fee per person (13+), per night applies, payable directly to the resort upon check-in.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast at Losean Restaurant is served from 7am to 10am.
• Nightly three-course a la carte dinner at Losean Restaurant, Curieuse Restaurant or The Sushi Room is served from 7pm to 10pm. Venues subject to change. In-villa dining can be redeemed at a surcharge.
• Advance booking is recommended for the included massages.
• Daily Raffles Spa access does not include treatments.
• Children who stay free must dine off the kids’ menu with a paying adult.
• Sugar Palm Kids Club access is complimentary for children aged 4+.
• Children aged under 4 years must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
• Indulgence Upgrade (select packages only): Daily lunch can be redeemed at Pool Restaurant & Bar or Losean Restaurant from a set menu from 12.30pm to 4pm. Venue is subject to change.

Ongoing Renovations:

There is an ongoing uplift project taking place, please note the affected areas below:

• Arrivals & Reception Area
  • Status: Ongoing. The reception is temporarily relocated to the Raffles Spa. All major construction works have been completed, with only light finishing touches remaining. Minor noise may be experienced during the installation of new cobblestones at the porte cochère, scheduled from 9th to 16th February. Every effort will be made to minimize any disruption. Following the completion of cobblestone works, final detailing and aesthetic finishes will continue through early April

  • Status: Ongoing, only the placement of loose furniture remains to be completed
