Additional transfers are available depending on numbers and must be booked in advance. Port Denarau is located approximately a 25-minute drive from Nadi International Airport (NAN). Please check flight times carefully to ensure you arrive in time for your transfers.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• All meals are serviced buffet-style at Mamaunca Restaurant.
• The daily drink is a house beer, house wine or soft drink. Drinks can be redeemed at the Pool Bar or Vonu Bar.
• The included Wi-Fi is for two devices per package. If guests would like to connect additional devices a surcharge will apply.
• The use of non-motorised water activities includes free use of snorkelling equipment, life jackets and sea kayak equipment.
• Up to two children 14 years and under stay, play and eat free when dining with an included adult. Children will sleep on existing bedding. Two children 12 and under also receive complimentary access to the Kids’ Club. If more than two children are staying in one room, charges apply for access to the Kids’ Club for additional children.
• Additional guests will need to purchase their ferry transfer.
• Resort Credit: The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Redeemable at restaurants, Mana Spa, bars, activities, room service and minibar only.

Transfers:

• Transfers are included in select packages only. If transfers are not included in your package it is your responsibility to arrange transport to the island. Please check flight times carefully to ensure you arrive in time for your transfers.

For packages with included transfers:

• Check-in is required at Port Denarau 30 minutes prior to the vessel departure.
• Services from Port Denarau to Mamanuca Island depart at 9am, 12.15pm and 3.15pm.
• Services from Mamanuca Island to Port Denarau depart at 10.25am, 1.30pm and 4.40pm.
• Transfer times are subject to change. Refer here for the most up-to-date information.
• Each full-fare paying passenger is entitled to have no more than 20kg of luggage carried free of charge. If loading is available then excess luggage will be carried at South Sea Cruises’ standard rates, and if loading is not available then South Sea Cruises may arrange to forward the excess at the passenger’s own risk and expense and by other means of transport specified by the passenger.
