7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily buffet breakfast will be served at Batur from 7am to 10am.
- Daily choice of lunch or dinner is served at Batur from 11.30am to 10.30pm, from a select a la carte menu.
- Daily free-flow drink hour is available at Lagoon Pool Bar for one hour only between 5pm and 6pm.
- Daily free-flow drinks include a choice of classic cocktails: Cuba libre, gin and tonic, tequila sunrise, screwdriver or Singaraja beer.
- The 20% discount on select spa and wellness treatments includes aromatherapy massage, foot reflexology and back, neck and shoulder massage. Valid for use on treatments of 60 minutes or more. Treatments must be booked at least one day in advance. Cancellation must be made at least six hours before treatment. Treatments are available between 9am and 10pm daily.
- The kids club is open daily from 9am until 7pm and is suitable for children up to 11 years. Pre-booking is not required.
- To redeem your discount at the Trans Studio, Waterbom Bali or Bali Zoo present your hotel key card at the ticket counter.
- Complimentary in-room snacks (select packages only) are varied but include a selection of traditional Balinese favourites such as pie susu or pia.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
- Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.

- Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Pool areas are strictly Adult Only, children are only permitted in the lounge area, supervised by an adult at all times.

- This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay. It does not need to be used on your final day of travel, access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
- Must be aged 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian (18+) and must be supervised at all times.
- Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via Whatsapp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The Reservations team will confirm your booking and cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant.
- Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice. If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.

- Canna Bali Beach Club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
