Important:
- Minimum group size of six people required for tour to proceed. Maximum group size is 10 people per tour
- Due to the nature of the environment and touring conditions, this experience is not suitable for children under 8
- Minimum agility and fitness level comparable to being able to skip for five metres without suffering heart pain or muscle soreness required
- It is recommended to book travel insurance when visiting the Northern Territory
- Dietary restrictions can be catered for with prior consent and knowledge – please advise at time of booking
- Tour program varies according to season. Tour program one includes visits to Berry Springs Nature Reserve, Litchfield and Batchelor and is available from May – September only. Tour program two includes a visit to Litchfield Park and is available September – May only

- Ethical Adventures may cancel a trip due to but not limited to logistical or operational issues, insufficient sign-ups or any other cause that makes the trip unfeasible to operate. In the event of a tour cancellation by Ethical Adventures, they will endeavour to place you with an alternative operator or a full refund will be issued
- It is possible that a tour will be underway that may need to end prematurely due to environmental conditions such as flooding or severe storms. In such events, there is no refund issued
- Itinerary may be altered on the day due to weather and road conditions
