• Please ensure your full name details at booking match your boarding pass information
• After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address
• Provide a copy of your voucher and QR code to the reservations team for entry
• Staff will check the valid date on the voucher and ensure its details match the guest’s boarding pass

• Group bookings of 10+ people: a minimum of 72 hours’ notice by writing to Plaza Premium Group is required in the event of cancellation of a group booking for lounge facilities. No refund will be arranged for cancellation made within 72 hours prior to the reserved service date and time. All refunds or changes made on a confirmed group booking are subject to a minimum of GBP7.50 administration fee per person
• A cancellation fee of minimum GBP7.50 per person will be charged for all bookings cancelled up to six hours prior to reserved service date and time
• No-show or last-minute cancellations with less than six hours’ notice will be nonrefundable

• Pass is valid for access to your selected London Heathrow Airport (LHR) Plaza Premium Lounge only – please make your selection carefully
• Use of lounge is available for three or six hours before/after flight, as per package selected
• Complimentary access applies for children under 2 accompanying a paying adult. Children aged 2 years old or above will be charged as adults
• Any excess amount and additional purchases must be paid directly to Plaza Premium Group
• Shower room available for an additional fee at a first come, first serve basis. Reserve at Reception
• Baggage storage is available during lounge visit only
