Empire Lounge

Named for the Empire Flying Boats of 1938, Empire Lounge is a charming waterfront dining spot set at the departure lounge for Sydney seaplanes. Here, you can savour delicious dishes and fresh seafood as you watch the planes take to the skies in picturesque Rose Bay.
