• Guests have a 30 min grace period to make their voucher redemptions at Luge ticketing counters.
• Guests are advised to allocate sufficient time for travel and queueing.
• Redemptions after 30 mins grace period will strictly be at Skyline Luge’s sole discretion.
• Upon arrival at Skyline Luge Singapore ticketing counter, proceed through the “Walk-In Lane” to present this voucher in exchange for a physical Luge ticket.

• Luge rides within packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared between different guests
• Guests may store their belongings in lockers for a small fee. Check with the ticketing counter for availability
• • In the event of the closure of the park or suspension of rides for more than 1 hour due to adverse weather, the remaining rides can be used within 2 weeks from the day of the initial visit. Participants must proceed to the ticketing counter to get a stamp on their ticket during the current visit and bring it during the next visit. If you did not managed to get a stamp on their ticket, please bring the original Luge ticket for verification on-site during the next visit. If your Klook voucher had not been exchanged for a physical Luge ticket, reach out to Klook to make changes to your selected date and timeslot (Subject to availability).

Eligibility

• Children must be at least aged 6+ and 110cm tall to ride the Luge alone
• Children with the height of 110cm and below or age 0-6, can walk unassisted can ride the Luge in tandem with an adult by purchasing the Child Doubling ticket
• Children who do not meet the specified height requirements can ride the Luge with an adult by purchasing the Child Doubling ticket on the spot (SGD12 per ticket for unlimited rides)
• Children with a height of 135cm and above can ride the Skyride alone
• Children must be at least 85cm in height to be able to ride on the Skyride with an adult
• Sentosa 4D Adventureland:
• Children aged 0-2 can enter free of charge but no 3D glasses will be provided
• Participants must be 2ft 11.4in in height to enter Journey 2 and Extreme Log Ride
• Participants must be 110 cm or 3ft 6in in height to enter Desperados
• Children who do not meet the height requirements must be seated on the lap of a parent or guardian
