Discover how to prepare fresh Australian seafood with a cooking demonstration or hands-on class at Sydney Seafood School, located within the bustling Sydney Fish Market. Choose a 55-minute demonstration to learn about the market’s history and the traditional owners of the land before sampling a delicious seafood dish, or opt for a hands-on cooking class. Select from Spanish-, native Australian- or Singaporean-inspired menus, or develop your skills in barbecuing seafood.
