• Available hours: Every day: Morning departure: 9am. Afternoon departure: 1pm
• Not valid: Special event days
• Departure Point: Cloud 9 transfers depart from Port Denarau Marina
• Morning Departure Check-in: 8am-9am. Departure from Port Denarau: 9.15am. Return from Cloud 9: 3pm
• Afternoon Departure Check-in: 12pm-12.45pm. Depart from Port Denarau: 1pm. Return from Cloud 9: 7pm
• Additional cost of FJD20 per person applies for transfers outside of the Nadi area and is payable directly to the supplier by card

Important:

• Option of renting snorkling gear for an extra $15 (has to be confirmed from Denerau).
• No children under 10 years old permitted
• Cloud 9 accept credit cards ONLY. Cloud 9 is NOT BYO. You cannot bring your own food and drinks at this bar and restaurant
• Duration of the ride from Port Denarau to Cloud 9 is 60 minutes by speedboat (depending on weather conditions)
• Contact Cloud 9 if you would like to organise waterports including: jetboard, jetski, parasailing and more
• There are 2 environmentally friendly marine toilets for guests on board (one for male and one for females - please don’t throw anything inside the toilet or you may clog them). For your comfort there are day beds, long chairs, benches and tables
• Cloud 9 can accomodate up to 100 people at any one time
• Cloud 9 does not accept Cash on board, however does accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards
• While Cloud 9 do accept minors, it should be noted that Cloud 9 is a bar, where people drink alcohol and can smoke
• Cloud 9 staff will happily help you from the boat to the platform if needed. Though please note the toilets are not made to accomodate disabled patrons
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption
