  • Please make sure you bring a large refillable water bottle, comfortable shoes for walking, warm clothing, rain jackets if required, and hat/sunscreen in the summer months
  • This tour includes a visit to tHe summit of Kunanyi/Mt. Wellington. This is 1291m above Hobart. It is often 10 degrees cooler at the summit than the temperature in the city. Please bring a warm jacket
  • Food, drinks and snacks are not included in this day tour. You will have an opportunity to stop enroute to the National Park to purchase lunch/snacks to take along with you for your tour day. This stop is in a regional town at a local bakery. The selection includes sandwiches, rolls, wraps etc. If you have special dietary requirements or prefer other choices, you may wish to come prepared with your own food of choice. Lunch will be in a picnic area at Mt Field National Park

  • Children under 7 are not permitted to travel
  • Food, drinks and snacks are not included in this day tour. You will have an opportunity to stop enroute to the National Park to purchase lunch/snacks to take along with you for your tour day (own expense)
  • Tours are active and visit National Parks and wild areas that involve some walking
  • Although most of the walks are classified as easy, a suitable level of general health and fitness and physical abilities is essential. All tour participants will be participating in outdoor, active activities and therefore subject to the outdoor weather conditions of the day
  • Guests are educated on Minimal Impact Bushwalking and the Leave No Trace policy’s before entering the National Park. The tour will keep wildlife disturbance to a minimum by viewing from appropriate distances and informs guests on how to view wildlife with patience and respect. Activities are always confined to tracks and boardwalks to minimise negative impacts to the environment
