Availability:

• Available every day: Departs at 4.40am, returns 8pm (approximately)
• Departure Point: St Paul’s Cathedral, Flinders Street at 4.45am sharp. (Directly opposite Federation Square, diagonally opposite Flinders Street Station)
• Snow season starts late June and run through to early September
• Note: There is only one pickup point, leaving promptly so please make sure you are at the pickup point at least five minutes before departure

Important:

• Child policy: Rates are valid per person. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+
• For those who require ski equipment or clothing, this tour stops at Discount Ski Hire in Mansfield.
• You will receive a 20% discount on any equipment that you hire.
• This stop is as short as possible so please make sure you know what you need
• Once on the mountain, the day is all yours to experience the wonderful views, explore the mountain and ski or snowboard the slopes.
• A free shuttle bus operates from the car park to the village and smaller shuttle buses operate within the village

• It is recommended that you pre-purchase lift passes and lessons to save you time on the day. Online specials are often available during ski season
• Lift pass, ski schools, ski hire and meals are all available at your own expense

• This tour requires least four passengers for tour to go ahead
• If the tour does not get enough passengers three days prior to the departure date, the tour will be cancelled
• If the tour is cancelled, guests will receive a full refund

Cancellation:

• Cancellations made up to 21 days before departure date: a cancellation fee of 10% applies
• Cancellations made between 21 and 7 days before departure date: a cancellation fee of 25% applies
• Cancellations within 7 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days notice is required to change a booking you have made
