• Available every day by appointment: Departs from 7am; returns from 7pm
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers are available from any one location in metro Melbourne. Please provide the selected pick-up address in writing to hello@grapeexplorationsaustralia.com.au at least 24 hours prior to scheduled tour date
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure date: no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 14 to 29 days before departure date: 25% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 2 to 13 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
