• Available every day on request: Departure times vary according to pick-up point. Flight departs Williamstown at 9.30am; return to Melbourne CBD from 5.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Public holidays
• Pick-up/Drop-off: Return vehicle transfers are included from selected Melbourne CBD accommodations. Please advise of your location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

• Exclusions: Additional tastings (unless specified), all drinks and any additional dishes at lunch, entry to Pt. Leo Estate Sculpture Park, and merchandise at visited venues
• Menu is seasonal and subject to change

• Dietary restrictions should be informed in advance
• Itinerary is flexible, subject to availability and time. This tour includes visiting wineries but it is not specifically a winery tour. If you prefer to visit more, or less wineries, this can be arranged by request. The standard is to visit 2-3 wineries. Alternatively, if you prefer exploring the region and visiting beaches and other specialist food providers like chocolatiers, cheese makers, glass blowers and so on, please advise in advance at time of booking and the team can arrange your day

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Flights may be cancelled or postponed due to weather conditions
• This trip is subject to weather conditions and may not be able to operate on the day scheduled. If the Seaplane Flight component is cancelled due to poor conditions you will be offered an alternative Helicopter flight, or ground-based vehicle tour. Should this occur, the difference in price will be refunded to you or, if the Helicopter flight is more, you will be informed and given the option to pay the difference
• All passengers are to abide by all instructions given to you before and during the tour by your guide/pilot. The tour can be terminated, or your right to participate in the tour, in the event that you fail to comply with any such instructions that your behaviour disrupts the tour or threatens the safety of its participants. You will not be entitled to a refund

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made between 8–14 days from departure date: 20% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made between 3–7 days from departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellation made within 72 hours or less of departure date, late arrivals or no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to booking

• Minimum 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made and is subject to availability. Rescheduling is at the discretion of Great Private Tours. They will always try to reschedule if dates allow
