Availability:

• Available every day: Departures: 9am, 11am and 2pm
• Meeting point: Cabo San Lucas Dolphin Centre, please arrive 45 minutes prior to your departure time
• Bookings valid to 30 May 2025

Important:

• Footwear must be removed before boarding the sailboat
• It is recommended passengers do not wear jewellery during your tour
• Please advise of any dietary requirements at time of booking
• Food is served in bento boxes and shared between couples, horse d’oeuvre/appetizer style
• Sailing times are dependent on wind and sea conditions
• Booking dates and times are subject to availability
• Hotel transfers are not included, they can be arranged at an additional US$10 and you will collected 30–90 minutes before the tour start time
• Please allow four hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Children (0– 7) are not permitted on this tour. Children (8–11) must be accompanied by a full-paying adult and supervised at all times
• Alcohol consumption will only be available to adults (18+) and a valid ID must be presented upon request
• Maximum passenger weight is 120kg per person
• This experience is not suitable for pregnant women
• Minimum numbers apply for the tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or mechanical issues

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
