- Please advise names of all passengers, arrival and departure details, hotel name and confirm if there are any infants (aged 0–1) travelling

- Details must be advised no later than 72 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in cancellation

- On departure, please wait in your hotel lobby for pick-up
- Child rate applies for children aged 2–11. Children aged 1 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge. However, guests are required to advise of any infants travelling in confirmation email after booking
- Maximum wait time for a transfer is one hour. Late arrivals exceeding one hour and no-shows will void offer and no refunds apply
- Rates may be subject to change depending on additional governmental taxes or fees
