  • Pick-up in Hervey Bay is between 7am–8am. Ferry departs at 8.30am from River Heads to K’gari
  • Drop-off in Hervey Bay is between 5.30pm–6.30pm. Ferry departs at 5pm from K’gari to River Heads
• Pick-up/Drop-off point: Return transfers are available from selected Hervey Bay locations only. Please advise of accommodation location at the time of booking
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Terms & Conditions:

• Children must be aged 1+ to participate in this experience. Children 1–4 may attend free of charge, however, please advise at the time of booking. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
