• This rafting activity operates with a minimum number of 6 people. Customers need to contact the operator at +64-3249-6000 at least 24 hours before departure to ensure the trip operates

• This rafting activity involves a degree of risk and the rafting operator cannot absolutely guarantee the customer’s safety. Customers need to listen carefully to the guide’s instruction

• Customers are not allowed to bring anything on the raft due to health and safety reasons

• Whitewater rafting will still go ahead if it’s raining. If you decide to cancel due to rain or bad weather at short notice, the operator will not refund you

• The rafts are large enough to carry six or seven people plus your rafting guide. If you are traveling in a group, the operator can generally organize, so you get to go down the river in the same raft

• You are not required to have rafting experience to enjoy this activity. But it is recommended that you are able to swim

• Cliff jumping and rapid swimming activities are dependent on water level and water temperature
