- Please ensure you are at your pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

- There is no set itinerary for this tour. Your guide will take you to where the best and most recent sightings have been and try to show you some of the lesser-known scenic locations in the Athabasca Valley
- Please note, pick up is not available from the following locations: Sunwapta Resort, Wapiti Campground, Wabasso Campground, Whistlers Campground, Athabasca HI Hostel, Maligne Canyon HI Hostel, Miette Mountain Cabins, Overlander Lodge, Jasper East Gate Cabins and any accommodation in Hinton
- This is a driving tour and requires minimal walking
- Please note, photos of wildlife are usually taken from the inside the vehicle or on the ground at a safe distance from the animals
- Please allow up to 3.5 hours for this experience, including travel time

- Maximum group size is 28 passengers
- Child rate applies for children aged 2–12. Children aged 1 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
- Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
- Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
