Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Appropriate state identification
• Your booking confirmation and/or reference number
• Your voucher
• Some money to purchase any merchandise or additional flights
• Comfortable and appropriate clothing (it is advised to not wear a shirt with a collar)
• Lace-up shoes (shoe hire available to hire for a small fee)
• Something to tie long hair back and/or a hairbrush, if applicable

Availability:

• Available every day: 9.30am–6.30pm
• Not valid: 25 December
• Guests must arrive at least one hour before their scheduled flight time for safety briefing and instructions
• Venue: iFLY Indoor Skydiving Gold Coast, 3084 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise, QLD 4127

Important:

• If your height is under 180cm, the standard weight limit for participants is 105kg. If your height is over 180cm, the standard weight limit for participants is 115kg
• Participants over the weight limit may pay a $30 fee on the day to iFLY Gold Coast, but must not exceed 135kg (subject to availability of specialised instructor)
• Participants must complete a waiver in order to proceed with their flight. Participants under 18 must have their legal guardian or parent complete the waiver
• First-time flights are measured in 50-second blocks (50 seconds is the equivalent of a freefall skydive from 14,000 feet)

Terms & Conditions:

• People who are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, wearing a hard plaster cast, have any neck, back or heart conditions that may be exacerbated by flying or have previously suffered a dislocated shoulder cannot fly
• Valid for first-time customers only
• Valid for redemption at iFLY Indoor Skydiving Gold Coast only. Not valid at any other iFLY location
• Valid for package type selected at time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• iFLY reserves the right to cancel flights at short notice due to mechanical failure, unscheduled repairs, maintenance or anything outside of their control. Rescheduling of bookings cancelled by iFLY may or may not be available at the rates and/or schedules which are compatible with the participant’s schedule
• Use of tunnel time is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or flyers. iFLY and its instructors and coaches will make every effort to maximise the useable flight time but is not responsible for any unusable time
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer. iFLY cannot be held responsible for missed reservations as a result of extenuating circumstances such as transportation, weather, nor any other reason outside of the control of iFLY, nor for expenses related to scheduled reservations
