• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Captain Cook Cruises for passenger and crew safety
• Child rate applies for children aged 4–15. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request

Cancellations:

• For bookings with less than 10 guests: Cancellations notified less than 24 hours prior to travel, late arrivals and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee
• For bookings with 10 or more guests: Cancellations notified less than 7 days prior to travel, late arrivals and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee

Changes to Booking:

• For bookings with less than 10 guests: One date change is permitted up to 24 hours prior to travel with any difference in the fare payable by the participant. Additional date changes incur a $20 per person non-refundable fee
• For bookings with 10 or more guests: One date change is permitted up to 7 days prior to travel with any difference in the fare payable by the participant. Additional date changes incur a $20 per person non-refundable fee
