- Please arrive at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time for check-in. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

- Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
- Luggage is restricted to one small/medium size bag per person, approximately 15kg per person
- Smoking is not permitted on the tour vehicle

- Concession rates are valid for full-time students and seniors aged 65+. A valid student or seniors card must be presented at check-in
- Child rate applies for children aged 3–15. Children aged 3 and under are not permitted. Valid proof of age will be required
- All children must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
- Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
