Changes to Booking

• 14 days notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available: Friday – Monday: Departs from 4am–6am; returns 7.30am–10.30am
  • Note: Times vary according to sunrise. Your departure time will be provided the night before the flight when you check-in
• Not valid: Tuesday – Thursday, Christmas Day
• Bookings valid to 30 September 2025
• Departure point: Novotel Geelong – Eastern Beach Road. Meet along the waterfront
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your check-in time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before confirmed flight date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 14 days of confirmed flight date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Should your pilot deem the flight be unsuitable on the day, you will be emailed a Rebooking link to reschedule (valid for up to 12 months from the original flight date) OR request a full refund within 14 days
• Note: All cancellations and/or refund requests must be made in writing to Geelong Ballooning via gowild@gowildballooning.com.au at least 14 days prior to the confirmed flight date
• Change of mind/unredeemed vouchers (booking not confirmed) are only refundable within seven days from the purchase date

Changes to Booking:

• 14 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Additional fees apply

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals and drinks (unless specified) and hotel transfers. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Transfers are included from the meeting point to the launch site and return after your flight
• Flight time is approximately 60 minutes. Please allow up to three hours for your ballooning experience
• Hot air balloon rides are shared, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
• Child policy: This experience is not suitable for children under 6. All under 18s must be accompanied by a paying parent/guardian aged 18+

• Valid for the package type selected at time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• Sparkling Wine Breakfast Upgrade: Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
