• Coach transfers must be pre-booked seven (7) days prior to travel via bookings@ssc.com.fj. Failure to book these in advance will result in the coach service not being provided

• Cancellations must be received in writing by the South Sea Cruises Fiji reservations team email: reservations@ssc.com.fj
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before transfer departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of transfer departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• There are no residual refunds for any unused components after the first sector of the transfer journey has commenced
• Please note: If a passenger misses their coach connection, getting to or from Port Denarau is their own responsibility and cost

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Re-issue of documents to other South Sea Cruises Fiji services permitted – no change fee applies, however any additional collection must be charged if the new service is more expensive

• Coach transfers to Port Denarau must be pre-booked prior to departure
• A fuel surcharge is currently applicable. Guests must pay a surcharge at check-in, prior to boarding via cash, international debit card, or credit card. Please note that international cards attract a 2.5–3% transaction fee

• Check-in for departures at Port Denarau is required 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure times
• Valid for return transfer to location selected at time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

Important:

• Most resorts do not have jetty access so transfers from the vessel to the land are done in smaller tender vessels and sometimes involve getting your feet wet so be sure to wear shoes you can take off easily.
• Cancellations must be received in writing by the South Sea Cruises Fiji reservations team email: reservations@ssc.com.fj quoting your booking id, full name and date booked
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before transfer departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of transfer departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Children must be aged 2–15 and be under the supervision of a parent or adult guardian at all times. Children under 2 may travel free of charge when travelling with a full paying adult– please advise at time of booking

Terms & Conditions:

• Bookings are required for coach transfers and the customer must contact South Sea Cruises Fiji to book these prior to the travel date. Failure to book these in advance will result in the coach service not being provided
• A scheduled coach transfer is provided from most Nadi/Denarau/Wailoaloa area Hotels to Port Denarau (and return). There are a select number of hotel pick-ups that are operated as a paid service so additional charges apply (see below). Both the paid and included coach transfers must be booked in advance – failure to do so will result in the coach service not being provided
• Paid transfers for DoubleTree Resort Sonaisail, First Landing, Anchorage or Vuda area resorts to South Sea Island: Seat-in-vehicle transfers are available from an additional FJ$45 per person (adult or child) to connect with vessel transfer. Please advise of specific resort pick-up details when booking. Surcharges are payable directly to South Sea Cruises Fiji
• If a passenger misses their coach connection, getting to or from Port Denarau is their own responsibility and cost
• All resort connections are subject to weather conditions. If conditions are unfavorable, South Sea Cruises Fiji reserves the right to offload customers to another vessel for their comfort and safety instead of completing the trip aboard the scheduled service
• South Sea Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and vary itineraries and services if necessary
