Availability:

• Available Wednesday – Friday & Sunday: Pick-up from 8.30am–9.15am; returns at 4.30pm–5pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Monday, Tuesday & Saturday
• Pick-up/Drop-off point: Return transfers are available from selected Gold Coast city locations. Please advise at the time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location 15 minutes prior to your departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026

Important:

• Exclusions: Food, drinks, pick-up/drop-off at alternate locations
• Note: Glowworms’ bioluminescence is active during night time only. As this is a day tour, it is unlikely guests will see them glowing
• Pick-up times will vary depending on your location. The Vino Bus will contact you the day prior to your tour to confirm pick-up time at your location. Please be flexible if they have to change the pick-up time
• Pick-up times are subject to change due to traffic, roadworks, road closures, special events and so on
• After the tour, your guide will drop you off at the same location as you were picked up
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will share your ride with other guests
• Please allow up to seven hours for this tour, including travel times

Terms & Conditions:

• Children must be aged 6+ to attend and be under supervision by an adult guardian at all times. Infant seats are not available. Children must be able to sit in seat with a normal seatbelt
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Itinerary may change depending on winery opening hours, weddings and functions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to road hazards or mechanical issues
• Minimum numbers are required to operate the tour. If tour is cancelled due to minimum numbers not being reached, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund if the alternative date is not suitable for you
• For groups of eight or more passengers, please contact The Vino Bus to arrange a private tour
• Vomiting on the bus will result in a $200 cleaning charge. The total cost of all repairs and/or damage to the bus because of drug, alcohol related, or irresponsible behaviour will need to be paid by the guest/s responsible for the damage
• No compensation or refund will be provided if you have been refused alcohol for being intoxicated

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 20 days before departure date: no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made within 5 and 20 days before departure date: 10% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made within 24 hours and 4 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ is required to change a booking you have made
