  • Once your booking has been confirmed, please follow the below steps to redeem:
    • Download the Smartvisit app
    • Complete registration
    • Use the ticket number printer under the QR Code to add your pass to the app
    • Choose your preferred adventures

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation date and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

24 hours' notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Please note, some bookings cannot be cancelled or amended once made so please select carefully
• No repeat visits allowed
• A period of one hour must pass between redeeming benefits (Hop-On Hop-Off Bus tour excluded)
