Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum of two children or adults are required per booking
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Juice is supplied as a non-alcoholic substitute at the wine tasting for children
- Horse-riding has a strict weight limit of 110kg
- Please refrain from riding if you are pregnant or recovering from surgery or a recent injury
- Hunter Valley Horses reserves the right to change tours due to weather conditions or other operational considerations
- Any excess amount is payable directly to venue
- Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date will have no charge
- Cancellations made within 7 days and 48 hours before the tour date will incur a 50% fee of the total booking price
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of tour date will incur a 100% fee of the total booking price
Changes to Booking:
- 48 hours; notice is required to change a booking you have made
