Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks and hotel transfers. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please allow up to 2.5 hours for this experience. Time is approximate and self-paced
• You’ll receive an email with a link to download the free Quest app and directions to begin your quest
• If you purchase a single ticket, the quest code can be used solo or you are allowed to invite one more player to join your team. If there are two of you, each must have their own mobile and answer a clue on the ClueKeeper app to sync the quest on both phones
• Guests must download the free ClueKeeper app from App Store or Google Play to continue with the quest

How to play:

• A host will send you a character Hunt Code after purchasing your quest code. Once you have downloaded the ClueKeeper app and signed in, enter your Hunt Code into the App, and the Chinatown Discovery Quest will load. Then you’re ready to Quest, whenever you’re ready. You can start the Quest whenever you like as the Hunt Code won’t expire
• If there are two of you, the primary player (the one who purchases the ticket) enters the hunt code to download the Quest. The secondary player creates an account on ClueKeeper by signing in with Google, Facebook or email, during this process they set a username
• Once the secondary player has set their username, the primary player can add them to the Quest by clicking the 3 dots in the top right corner and choosing “add team member” then simply adding the secondary player’s username. The Quest will now download to the secondary player’s device and you are good to go

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48–24 hours of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations less than 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
