- Bookings are on request only and must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Please ensure all guest information matches flight and passport details
- After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address. Bookings are not confirmed until you have been contacted by ICS Travel Group to finalise booking

- Exclusions: Hotel transfers, baggage assistance, transport. Additional fees may apply for extra services and amenities such as shower rooms
- Child policy: Infants aged 0–2 years old may enter free of charge – please advise of their full details at time of booking. Children aged 2+ are charged at adult rates. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian
- Lounge entry pass is valid for up to 2.5 hours. Additional time incurs a surcharge from THB 350 net/hour/person, payable directly to venue
- Valid for The Coral Executive Lounge located at Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX), only at international departures
- Any excess amount and personal expenses are payable directly to venue
- Porter service is available for two pieces of checked baggage plus carry-on baggage per passenger, additional luggage will be charged
