Changes to booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available every day: Departs Cairns Marina from 8.30am or 10.30am; returns from Green Island at 2.30pm or 4.30pm
• Departure point: Tours depart from Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal. Guests will either depart from Cairns Marina (self-drive option, no transfers) OR upgrade to include return coach transfers from accommodation in Cairns or Northern Beaches, as selected
• Valid for the departure/pick-up location selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• Late arrivals and no-shows to pick-up voids offer
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• Northern Beaches accommodation pick-up radius includes Palm Cove, Clifton Beach, Kewarra Beach, Trinity Beach, Yorkeys Knob and Holloways Beach
• Cairns CBD accommodation pick-up radius includes immediate surrounds
• Some vessel departure times may be subject to operational changes
• Please note drones are not permitted at Green Island
• Infants aged 3 and under may travel free. Normal fare applies for additional children (4–14)
• Family fare is valid for a maximum of two adults and two children of the same family. Normal fare applies for additional children
