• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations:

• Any changes to your reservation made outside of 48 hours prior to your travel date will not incur any fees. Inside this time, while Hot Air will try to be as flexible as possible, there will be no refunds within 48 hours prior to travel date (including late arrivals and no-shows)

• Please note that your tour will depart in the early hours of the day and the cancellation policy is based on your pick-up time. To amend your details, please contact Hot Air directly

• Available every day: Departures from 5am, returns 10am (approximately). Tour times vary between seasons and are based on the time of sunrise

• Your included transfer will take you to the launch site in Mareeba. You’ll be dropped back at your accommodation at approximately 9.30am. Drop-off at Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal, Skyrail or an alternative central Cairns location is available with prior notice

• The experience is valid for one person (18+). Each person must purchase their own package
• Minimum of two adults are required for this experience
• Guests should wear layered clothing as morning flights can be cold
• Where photos are included in your package, these are subject to availability
