- Boats are designed to suit the coastline along travel and your crew will make the most of any weather conditions. In the open ocean, sea sickness can be an issue. Cruise staff will offer all-natural Travel Calm Ginger tablets to all passengers
- Bookings are fully flexible. If you decide the weather on the day is not for you, please call Pennicott Wilderness Journeys on (03) 6250 2200 to change your reservation to a different day. Staff are upfront and honest about the weather and you are welcome to contact them a day or two ahead to get an honest indication of the forecasted weather
- For the majority of days, the cruise is quite suitable for pregnant women. The custom-built boat is able to cut through chop and therefore can avoid the bumping of waves that some boats experience. However, it is a good idea to take into account the weather conditions on the day of the cruise as this will affect comfort levels

- Child rate applies for children aged 3–16. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking

- Pennicott Wilderness Journeys cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Pennicott Wilderness Journeys retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
