Terms & Conditions:

  • All reservations must be confirmed within 48 hours of departure via email to bookings@gltg.com.au or 03 9393 1333
  • This tour is not suitable for infants or children under 5 years of age
  • Children must be supervised at all times and guests are to keep to the marked tracks and designated visitor area
  • A moderate level of fitness is required to complete the walks, some areas of the Kakadu National Park consist of rocky terrain and steep walking tracks such as the walk to the Ubirr lookout
  • This terrain is not suitable for mobility-impaired travellers, wheelchairs, walkers, prams or strollers
  • Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
  • Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
  • In the event of rain or inclement weather, your travel experience will still go ahead, unless contacted by the provider. This tour would only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions, whereby it’s not safe to travel into Kakadu National Park

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 8 before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
  • Cancellations made between 2–7 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
  • All cancellations need to be made in writing to bookings@gltg.com.au

Changes to Booking:

  • 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
  • All requests to change a booking need to be made in writing to bookings@gltg.com.au
