- Course One: Sashimi platter (salmon, king fish, tuna, coffin oyster, whelk clam and blood clam)
- Course Two: Wasabi king prawns with shredded almonds
- Course Three: Pork gyoza with mixed salad in homemade sauce
- Course Four: Diced cube wagyu beef stir-fry with vegetables
- Course Five: Confit duck served with purée and vegetables
- Course Six: Matcha tiramisu with ice cream
