Enjoy a tantalising menu across three sweet and savoury tiers, including fluffy scones and housemade jam. Savour your treats with tea or coffee and soak up the decadent atmosphere of one of Sydney’s most iconic bars. An afternoon of delight and enjoyment awaits!

- Cashew ricotta with heirloom carrots, vadouvan nuts, pickled carrot, perilla oil
- Applewood smoked beef brisket with blue cheese aioli, onion jam, brioche bun
- Dry aged duck breast with beetroot, cucumber, shallot, hoisin, sesame seed, crepe
Sweet:
- Mandarin tart with mandarin ginger curd, hazelnut frangipane, mandarin aniseed myrtle mousse
- Earl grey chocolate marquise with wattle seed jaconde, pear gelee, valrhona kalingo
- Dulce de leche madeleine with orange caramel, pistachio crumble, dulce de leche
- Roasted grape eclair with black grape, cassis creme diplomat, cinnamon chantilly
