- Six-course set tasting menu
- Glass of sparkling, white or red wine (up to the value of $16 per person)
- Available hours: Wednesday — Sunday: Sittings at 6.30pm or 7pm
Six-Course Sample Menu:
- Course One: Sourdough miche, burnt butter, leek ash
- Course Two: Hiramasa kingfish, wasabi mayo, grapefruit, sea grapes, ponzu
- Course Three: Burratta, burnt gem lettuce, hazelnut, white wine syrup, herb oil
- Course Four: Spatchcock chicken, shio koji, saffron OR Star anise lamb shoulder
- Course Five: Crispy chat potato and wood roasted broccolini
- Course Six: Chocolate mousse
