The hotel is located approximately a two-hour drive from Glasgow Airport (GLA). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Daily breakfast is served at Loch-Smith Restaurant from 8am to 10am, with both continental and a la carte hot options available.
- One-time dinner is served at Loch-Smith Restaurant or the Orangery (for guests with dogs). Choose any starter or dessert (up to GBP13 per person) and any main (up to GBP26 per person). Drinks are not included, however guests may use their welcome drink inclusion during dinner. Menu subject to change based on seasonality.
- Afternoon tea is served at Loch-Smith Restaurant with loch views, or outdoors (weather permitting) from 1pm to 4pm. Includes selection of teas or coffee, cream scones, cakes and finger sandwiches. Booking is required.
- Welcome drinks are available at the bar and can be enjoyed anywhere on the property. Includes wine, beer, spirits, tea or coffee and soft drinks up to the value of GBP8 per person. Additional drinks are charged to the room and will be settled upon checkout.
