7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Tour begins at 4.30pm to approximately 5pm.
• Children (five and under) must be accompanied by parents at all times in the Kids’ club.
• The complimentary Cinema Under the Stars experience includes access to a relaxing sun lounger, homemade popcorn and state of the art surround-sound to immerse in the movie. Scheduled screenings take place three times a week starting at 7.30pm, but screenings can also be arranged for couples, families or groups.
• Traditional Balinese massage, daily cocktail and multi-course dinner at Watu Steakhouse are valid for adults only.
• Dinner at Watu Steakhouse not valid for on the day of Christmas and New Years Eve.
• The included child in the Cliff Pool Villa One Bedroom may sleep on a rollaway or sofa bed.

• An infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way, or you may bring your own to fit in the car.
