Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok enjoys a convenient location in the heart of Bangkok, close to the city’s must-visit sights, with The Royal Grand Palace and Wat Arun around a 20-minute drive away. It’s located in a well-known shopping district dominated by huge malls (including the MBK Center) with an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Nearby you’ll also find the high-end Siam Paragon mall, SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World, Bangkok Art & Culture Centre, and the 19th century Wat Pathum Wanaram temple complex.

The hotel is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). Airport transfers are included in select packages only, please see the fine print and individual packages for details.

Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Covid-19 Related Cancellations: If you can’t travel as a direct result of border closures or Government-imposed travel restrictions that directly impact your booking, Luxury Escapes will do our best to assist you with a date change or provide you with a Luxury Escapes credit towards future travel for any Limited Time Lux Exclusive accommodation, tour or cruise package, less any unrecoverable costs. Additional charges for date changes that result in a higher value will be charged to your account. Credit must be used within 12 months of issue date. After this time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• Paradise Lost, located on the 25th floor, is currently closed.
