Buy Now, Choose Dates Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Dining Credit: The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Horizon Club lounge: Horizon Club lounge access is available from 7am-10pm daily on the 11th floor.
- Club Lounge benefits include coffee, tea and soft drinks available throughout the day as well as concierge and secretarial services. Buffet breakfast is also served daily from 7am-10:30am and nightly drinks and canapés are served in the evenings from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Dress code for happy hour is relaxed, smart casual.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Kad Kafe from 6.30am-10.30am daily.
- Three-course dinner inclusion is served at the Lobby Lounge from 6pm-9pm. A limited set menu of three-courses will be provided for guests from the International or Thai set menus.
- Spa: Thai massages must be pre-booked at least one day in advance. The spa operates daily from 10am-8pm.
- Transfers: A one-way transfer is available for select packages for up to three adults or two adults and two children (under 12) with luggage. More than the maximum passengers will incur surcharges (requires an additional car). Please enquire for more information and costing. Airport transfers must be booked at least seven days in advance of arrival. Bookings can be made by emailing your flight information to reservations.slcm@shangri-la.com.
