Sea World Resort is located on the Gold Coast, a buzzing city jam-packed with ways to spend your day. It’s almost impossible to run out of things to do: take a day trip to the Gold Coast hinterland to visit wineries and beautiful national parks, shop your heart out at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre or surf on the world-famous beaches. The resort is approximately a 40-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• The twin pack of wine will be provided on arrival and guests can choose red wine, white wine or substitute for soft drink.
• Massage and beauty credits are redeemable at Sea World Resort Relaxation Corporation. Bookings must be prepaid for a minimum of a one-hour massage or beauty treatment. Appointments need to be booked between 11am–3pm. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice. Call 0415 751 751 to book. Only one credit can be used per session, and cannot be combined.
• The 20% discount on Australian Outback Spectacular tickets is for the Heartland show only.
• Advance booking is essential for Heartland tickets. Call 133 386 and quote your resort reservation number.
• Guests will save A$20 on adult tickets for the 2.5-hour whale-watching cruise, two-hour buffet lunch cruise, 2.5-hour buffet dinner cruise

Travelshoot 30-Minute Professional Photoshoot

Inclusions:

• Session time and an album of edited professional photos after the photoshoot.
• Access to a client gallery – a private online gallery to view, share and download images.
• Online access to meet and communicate with your photographer before the shoot.
• All photos are provided in high-resolution format.
• The 30-minute experience includes one location and 20 edited images provided within seven days.

Fine Print:

• Travelshoot will email you within two business days to book your desired date.
• Infants of all ages may attend and are included in group numbers.
• This experience does not include any physical photo product (images are provided online to download).
• A car or other transportation is not included.
• Before the shoot, get connected with a photographer online, see samples of their work and communicate any special requests before your photoshoot.
• Your photographer will meet you at the agreed time and place, and guide you through your experience.
• The focus is on being yourselves – fun, natural and candid memories.
• Receive your samples within 48 hours, and the full album in seven days.
• You will be emailed a link to a private online gallery, where you can view, share and download your high-resolution photos.
• For leisure purposes only (not bookable for commercial purposes).
