Paradise Koh Yao is located on the dreamy island of Koh Yao Noi, an untouched paradise easily reachable by a scenic speedboat ride from Phuket or Krabi. Nestled within national reserve tropical rainforest, in its own secluded bay overlooking Phang Nga, this five-star retreat offers snorkelling, kayaking, hiking and island hopping.

The resort is located a 20-minute drive and a 50-minute speed boat transfer from Phuket Airport (HKT), or a 50-minute drive and a 30-minute speed boat transfer from Krabi Airport (KBV). Return land and boat transfers are included in your package, please contact the resort directly to arrange.

Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea will be required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival. This new system will streamline immigration, making the process faster, easier and more secure, eliminating the need for paper forms.

Compulsory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of THB4,900 per adult (13+) and THB2,450 per child (3–12) applies for the compulsory Christmas Eve Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB8,100 per adult (13+) and THB4,050 per child (3–12) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Seafood Terrace from 7.30am to 10.30am.
• Koh Yao Culinary Journey is a special set-menu meal with local specialties, served at Seafood Terrace during lunch (12pm to 4pm) or during dinner (4pm to 10pm).
• Daily a la carte lunch or dinner (select packages only) are served at Seafood Terrace. Lunch is served from 12pm to 4pm and dinner is served 4pm to 10pm. Guests can swap one lunch or dinner for the Koh Yao Culinary Journey.
• Nightly cocktails are served at Sundowner Bar from 5pm to midnight.
• Yoga classes take place in the Yoga Sala or on the beach, in the morning from 7.30am to 9am, and evenings from 4.30pm to 6pm.
• Included massages and herbal steams take place at Aruna Aura Spa & Wellness, open from 10.30am to 8pm. Reservations must be made one day in advance.
• Day trip to Pak Bia Island takes place from 11am to 2pm. Includes drinking water, beach towels and snorkelling equipment. National Park fees (THB300) are not included and must be paid upon arrival. Please reserve this experience one day in advance.

Return Land and Boat Transfers

• Car transfer time from Phuket Airport to the pier is around 20 minutes. Car transfer time from Krabi Airport to the pier is around 50 minutes.
• Please reserve your transfer 48 hours in advance and arrive at the pier 15 minutes before departure time.
• Night transfers are not available. Guests arriving after 4pm will need to find overnight accommodation in Phuket or Krabi and transfer to the resort the following day.
• The property reserves the right to charge the transfer fee in full in case of no-shows or late cancellations.
