7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Private One-Way Airport Transfer:

Your experience includes:

• Your private airport transfer includes a one-way airport transfer, an English-speaking driver (basic/sufficient), airport parking and toll fees and a 330ml bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book in your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com
• Rates are per car, one way.
• Ensure you have return transfers by purchasing an arrival and departure transfer.
• Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces.
• Infant seats can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way, or guests can bring their own.
• The driver will wait for delays of up to one hour. After this point, the transfer will be considered as cancelled.
