Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 3 March 2022 and 22 March 2023, during which airports are closed and check-in and checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Buy Now, Choose Dates Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Covid-19 Related Cancellations: If you can’t travel as a direct result of border closures or Government-imposed travel restrictions that directly impact your booking, Luxury Escapes will do our best to assist you with a date change or provide you with a Luxury Escapes credit towards future travel for any Limited Time Lux Exclusive accommodation, tour or cruise package, less any unrecoverable costs. Additional charges for date changes that result in a higher value will be charged to your account. Credit must be used within 12 months of issue date. After this time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

- Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Premium beverages are included from 9pm to midnight at the Panorama Lounge only. Premium beverages (by glass or bottle) purchased outside of this time or from another bar will receive a 30% discount.
- Room service is food only. Drinks cannot be delivered.
- Complimentary access to the Kids’ Club is valid for children aged 4–12 years of age.
- For complimentary shared airport transfers, please provide flight details (flight number and arrival time) at least two days prior to arrival at the property.
- Daily laundry is accumulative. Laundy does not include dry cleaning.
- Motorised Watersport Voucher: valid for jetski, banana boat and speed boat. Children are excluded. Guests must book experiences at least one day in advance.
