This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Location for breakfast is dependent on room location and can include Salsa Verde, Garden Café and Watercourt. Breakfast is served daily from 7am to 10.30am.
• Nightly cocktail is from a set menu. Can be substituted for a beer or soft drink.
• Lunch can be redeemed at Pool Bar, Garden Café or Salsa Verde. Dinner is redeemable at any operating onsite restaurant or through room service (from the Garden Café menu). You may dine a maximum of two times at Nampu with stays up to 13 nights or dine a maximum of four times at Nampu when staying 14 nights and above.
• Lunch is served daily between 11.30am and 3.30pm.
• Dinner is served daily between 5.30pm and 9.30pm.
• The 50% food and drink discount for children under 11 years from the à la carte menu is applicable to any menu item. Please note portions will be adjusted into kids’ sizes.
• Club access includes free-flow alcoholic drinks and canapés between 5pm and 7pm, plus daily coffee, tea and snacks.
• Massages are redeemable at Kriya Spa between 10am and 3pm daily. Advance booking is required.
• Kids’ club is available from 9am to 5pm and is suitable for children aged 3 to 11 years.
• Airport transfer: A one-way Bali transfer with a driver with a basic/sufficient level of English. Transfer includes airport parking fee and toll fees. Guests will receive one 330ml bottle of water per person. You will be emailed a form to book your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase. Rates are per car, one way. Ensure you have return transfers by purchasing an arrival and departure transfer. Three-passenger cars can fit three pieces of luggage. Six-passenger cars can fit six pieces. Infant seats can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat, each way, or guests can bring their own. The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After this time the transfer will be considered cancelled.
