Discovery Rottnest Island is located on Rottnest Island, approximately a 25-minute ferry from Fremantle or approximately a 90-minute ferry from Perth’s Barrack Street Jetty. Ferry transfers to the island are not included.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you are permitted ONE date change provided the change is made within 14 days of purchase and no less than 45 days prior to your original check-in date. Please contact our 24/7 customer service team to enquire. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Roundtrip luggage transfer is from the ferry jetty to Discovery Rottnest Island only.
• All bookings requested prior to the ‘Sales Period’ ending will be honoured, based on allocation until sold out. At the conclusion of the sale period, bookings will be on a request basis, subject to availability, until the ‘Book by’ date. Bookings will not be honoured if requested after the ‘Book by’ date.
• Dining Credit: The included food and drink credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash
• For family packages, ferry transfers may be purchased as an add-on during checkout.

• Transfers cannot be booked via the hotel. Rottnest Express will reach out within one to two business days to book your desired date and departure times.
• Boarding for all passengers closes 10 minutes prior to departure.
• Rottnest Island Authority Fee is included in the ferry fare.
• Departure from: B Shed Terminal Rottnest Express, Peter Hughes Dr, Fremantle WA 6160.
• Includes two luggage tags per person,
• Pick up your ticket at the Rottnest Express check-in counter.
