Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Private airport transfers information: Transfers will be provided by Arabian Adventures and cannot be booked via the hotel. In order to confirm your transfer, you will need to contact Arabian Adventures directly via email at res1@emirates.com. You will need to provide the following information at time of booking (no later than 72 hours prior to arrival):

• Booking confirmation email
• Flights details

Transfers are from Dubai (DXB). A supplement applies for transfers from Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) payable direct to Arabian Adventures.

Packages are valid for two adults and two children aged 11 years and under (excludes spa treatment for kids)

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: One adult (aged 12 years or older) may stay for a surcharge of AED400 per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, daily breakfast, nightly dinner, shuttles, selected activities and transfers only, payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years or younger) may stay free of charge, sleeping on a sofa bed. Both children will receive accommodation, daily breakfast, nightly dinner, and access to Ritz Kidz Club, shuttles, selected activities and transfers only.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged one year or under) can stay free of charge and will not count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided free of charge by the resort.

A limited number of connecting Al Rimal Pool Villas are available on request (strictly subject to availability). Connecting Al Khaimah Tented Pool Villas are not available.

All surcharges are payable directly to the resort.
