Changes to Booking

• Please ensure you are at the meeting point 15 minutes before your start time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional food, drinks and hotel transfers
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Each flight is equivalent to 1.5 standard drinks
• Trail ride experience is provided by Hallmark Farm. Terms and conditions will apply including the signing of a liability waiver
• Dietary requests will be subject to availability from Woodside Providore
• All guests will have exclusive access to purchase wines at special prices
• The seasonal platter is shared between two people
