• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to bookings

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Long pants and closed-toe shoes with a small heel are required for riding

• Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled start time for check-in and comprehensive safety briefing. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) will incur a $75 late fee per person
• Jacob’s Creek is a cashless venue. All purchases made at Jacob’s Creek will be via card payment
• Guests are required to provide their height, weight and rider experience at the time of booking. An additional horse-riding experience survey will be required to be completed
• Weight limit: For anyone over 120kg, please enquire directly at book-events@jacobscreek.com
• Hallmark Farm provides all required safety gear including helmets. Guests are welcome to bring their own helmet; however, it must be thoroughly inspected and approved by Hallmark Farm prior to use
• Please allow approximately two hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Please note that all participants of this experience must be 18+ and carry valid photo ID
• All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to the horse-riding component
• Participants should have a reasonable level of fitness and mobility. This experience is not suitable for guests who are pregnant or have certain medical conditions (e.g. back or neck issues). Please disclose any relevant health concerns prior to booking
• For safety reasons, all riders must have a BAC of 0.000 prior to the horse riding component. Guests who appear intoxicated or fail to meet this requirement will not be permitted to ride, and no refund will be provided
• Wine tastings and alcohol consumption occur after the horse riding component
• The BAC limit in South Australia is 0.05g%. A complimentary breathalyser is available near the Welcome Desk
• The horse riding component is operated by Hallmark Farm and requires signing a liability waiver. Terms and conditions apply
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or safety concerns
